PTO

Our Mission: The Summit PTO will work as an organization to enhance and encourage the social and educational opportunities at Summit Schools. We will facilitate interactions between families, the school and the community at large, to improve our children’s educational experience.

We volunteer together to create a positive experience for students, teachers, staff and families. The PTO is only as effective as the parents involved. So we need YOU – some of your time, energy and passion about your child’s education. Some of ways the PTO contributes to Summit Schools:

-Teacher support through classroom and building supplies

-Monthly Sunshine Cart to show the Summit staff how much we value their work

-Community gatherings at local businesses and parks

-Holiday Love Project

-Annual Outdoor Movie Night

-Annual Spring Dance

-Staff Appreciation Week the first week of May

Many of the PTO events are free for Summit families. Fees and donations are appreciated for some PTO sponsored events, but we never want that to stand in the way of anyone participating in a PTO event. Please email Larisa Bickel if a fee is prohibitive.
